Unpack the telephone and ensure all components are present: telephone base with corded handset, coiled handset cord, Ethernet cable, wall mount bracket, overlay. For coiled handset cord replacement: Hold handset upside down, press thumbs on back cover near earpiece and slide upwards to remove cover, insert new cord into jack, replace cover. Caution: Be careful of sharp edges on base stand. Place away from water, heat sources, and interference.

Base includes LAN Ethernet jack, PHONE handset jack, and voicemail voltage detection. Plug Ethernet cable into base LAN jack and wall jack (PoE provides power). Connect coiled handset cord to base PHONE jack and handset. For desktop: Mount base on stand by aligning and snapping. For wall mount: Attach wall mount bracket to base, position on wall studs (spacing: 3 or 4 inches), route cords through slots. Height less than 2 meters. Avoid placing too close to electrical appliances or water.
After installation, lift handset and listen for dial tone. Test by dialing a number, adjust volume with +/- keys on handset. Verify MESSAGE WAITING LED for voicemail. Press SPEAKER for hands-free test.
Program speed dials via hotel IT or provisioning. Access voice menu for queries/changes: Lift handset idle, press * * * *; follow voice prompts to set volumes, etc.
Changes activate immediately via server.
