Preparations

Unpack the phone and ensure all components are present: telephone base, cordless handset, 2 x NiMH 2/3 AAA 2.4V 400mAh rechargeable batteries, battery compartment cover, base power adapter, telephone line cord, user's manual. Removing Old Phone

Shut off power if applicable. Remove old phone cover. Label wires before disconnecting. Disconnect wires one at a time; do not let fall into wall. Remove old base from wall.
