Preparations

Unpack the conference phone and ensure all components are present: base unit, four wireless microphones, charging cradle for mics, power adapter, telephone line cord, user's manual, and quick start guide. Charge the wireless microphones in the cradle for at least 4 hours before first use. Place the base away from water, heat sources, and interference. No tools required for basic setup.

Precautions

Removing Old Phone

Disconnect power and line cord from old unit. Remove batteries from wireless mics if applicable.

Installation

Connect the telephone line cord to the base unit's RJ11 jack and wall outlet. Plug the power adapter into the base and unswitched outlet. Place wireless microphones on charging cradle connected to base. The mics are pre-registered; charge for 4 hours. For wall mounting, use optional bracket.

Check Operation

Basic Calling

Enter number on keypad, press DIAL.
To answer: Press any key or lift mic.
Adjust volume with +/- keys.
End call: Press END.

Wireless Microphones

Remove mics from cradle; range up to 150 ft. Low battery indicator on LCD. Re-dock to charge. Supports up to 4 mics for extended coverage.

Conference Features
