WARNING! Do not use on circuits exceeding 120 VAC; improper use can cause shock/fire. All wiring must conform to local/national electrical codes. Shut off power if applicable. Remove old phone cover. Label wires before disconnecting. Disconnect wires one at a time; do not let fall into wall. Remove old base from wall.
Choose table top or wall mount. Plug telephone line cord(s) into base and wall jack(s) (use DSL filter if needed). Plug power adapter into base and unswitched outlet. Install batteries in handsets and place in base/chargers to charge for 10 hours. For wall mount, attach brackets and secure to wall plate. Place battery with label "THIS SIDE UP" and wires inside compartment; plug connector securely; slide cover to lock.

2-Line Jack Setup: Line cord from base to 2-line wall jack; power adapter to outlet.

After charging, lift handset and listen for dial tone. Test by dialing a number and adjusting volume. Verify CHARGE light turns on during charging.
Press INT on handset; select extension or page all. Answer from another handset by pressing INT or line button.
View via CID button; new calls indicated by icon. Dial back with line button. Supports name/number display and memory match.
Access menu with MENU/SELECT. Set date/time, program directory/speed dial, configure answering system.
Enter menu via MENU/SELECT. Adjust LCD language, voicemail indicator, key tone, home area code, dial mode, ringer volume/tone, call screening, number of rings, remote code.
