Preparations

Unpack the phone and ensure all components are present: Telephone line cord (2), Telephone base with faceplate and overlay, Corded handset. For wall mounting: Prepare wall-mount screws spaced 3 inches (8.2 cm) or 4 inches (10.2 cm) apart. Connect the coiled handset cord to the base. The phone is line-powered (24V or 48V via PBX). Place away from water, heat sources, and interference. Professional installation recommended for PBX setup.

Installation

Connect telephone line cords (up to 2) to base line jacks and wall jacks. Connect coiled handset cord to base and handset. Desktop: Place on flat surface. Wall mount: Rotate wall mount clip, remove mounting bracket, rotate and reinsert bracket, align eyelets with wall studs (3" or 4" spacing), slide down to lock. Ensure installation height under 2 meters. No power adapter required; line-powered.

Check Operation

Lift handset for dial tone. Dial test number, adjust volume with +/- keys. Verify message LED flashes on voicemail simulation. Check ringer by calling from another line.

Operating Features

Programming

Speed dials programmed via hotel IT or dial codes. Admin access: Lift handset, dial * * * *; follow prompts.

  1. Store Speed Dial: Admin: Dial code for location > Enter number > #.
  2. Dial Speed Dial: Press programmed key.
  3. Edit: Reprogram via admin.
  4. Delete: Admin reset.
